Outstanding Proffesionalism from Fletcher, my Customer Representative

My name is Donald Goodin and I'm writing a review for a company, and specifically an agent named, "Fletcher", who handles a great deal of Auto Transporting which is noticed and realized in the first minute you speak with him on the phone! I bought the car of my dreams which was 1000 miles away from me. I started looking for a company and it was a daunting task. Most of the contacts I spoke with were like "canival workers" in the way they talked. No matter what I asked they all said"everything is wonderful" when in reality, it was far from it.
I'm educated and thought I knew enough and selected a company who charged my credit card without permission and never gave my money back. I won't say their name but it started with a, "G". I only mention that so you can avoid them if you come across that group. Then I really researched hard, checked up on ALL aspects of the companies and I found most to be of less quality than I would like. All Aboard Transport sent me a quote and just as I did with the others, I checked them out. Great scores with the Better Business Bureau, "A" & the $650.quote was very fair as far as I was concerned. That's 2 out of 3 and then I called. I met a Gentleman named, Fletcher and from the first words we spoke, I felt as if I'd known him all my life. I told him about the other company and he assured & reassured me that things would get done, in a timely manner and get done"Right"! I've had some serious family problems which has put off my shipping and My agent & friend, Fletcher, has bent over backwards to help & assist my family & I in this very tough time. Fletcher can stand tall on his own merit and it shows in every aspect of the way he handles his customers & gets the job done. But I wanted everyone to know that he is a man of his word & that's why I'll use him ANYTIME I need transport~Fletcher and All Aboard stand way above 99% of the others in the transport business. Call Fletcher and see for yourself & don't make the mistake I did by going for a low ball price and a fast talking Sales rep. If I didn't fully believe in All Aboard and Fletcher, I wouldn't have taken the time to write this. You Will Not be dissapointed with this company because they are there for you, no matter what the circumstance or delima, Fletcher will get it worked out in a fast, fair, and Professional manner...no matter the circumstance! My problems have only pushed my service out an extra couple of weeks. But I talked to them and all is Good. Sincerely yours, D.Goodin
