John with Dorsons Auto Transport told me he would be in town at 1pm today to pick up a vehicle. I70 is closed in a very well known extended closure rockfall incident through Glenwood Canyon. John proceeded to tell me at 1:15 he had to go around this (very well known) closure and would not be able to arrive until 4pm or later. He then proceeded to call the vehicle owners "Fucking yuppies in Colorado" because they had plans in the afternoon to pick up their daughter from the airport. Terrible customer service.
