Worst Experience in my life - Uship DOES NOT back the customer

My experience with Uship and Right Way Transport was the one of the worst experiences in my life. Uship does not do any background checks on the transporters. They could be anyone without any experience...you are basically gambling when you book with them. I booked my transport with Uship and got a company Right Way Transport. They required 50% up front on the pick up 50% when delivered. The guy picked up my items and I asked for pictures to be sent when he picked it up. He never did. I must have called and text and asked him 20 time to send pictures...never did. He then said he got a flat tire on the side of the road and demanded I paid $1,300 for two tires that go on a trailer or in his words " I will leave your boat and trailer on the side of the road." I paid $1,300 for two tires that should have cost me no more than $400. Then he demanded I pay him the rest of the money up front or he would leave the boat and trailer. Guess what...I didn't pay and he left it and took off.A $60,000 boat was sitting at a tire shop in on the other side of country and he just left it.I had to find another person to transport it. Finally go boat and trailer with a damaged fender, damaged trailer brake, my boat has 4 cracks on that I will have to find someone to fix. Uship did nothing about this and backed the transporter. Can you believe this?!?!?!?! Don't use USHIP or Right Way Transport. Find someone direct.
