Horrible experience.

Was referred to this company from a broker (MISSION MOVING) to move my elderly parents' belongings from PA to FLA. Was given a 2-day window in which IMOVERS would be picking up. Long story short, on Day 2, I waited all day for a phone call, which I never got. At @5PM I realized that I had gotten a text message several hours prior from "MINA" telling me to call him. I never heard the text come in. TEXT MESSAGING is not a reliable method of communicating with customers! Later, in dispute documentation, Mina stated that he called me MANY times to confirm that the truck was on its way, and when he couldn't reach me, he rerouted his truck. This was absolutely NOT TRUE. I had ZERO missed calls on my cell phone. TERRIBLE communication, extremely poor customer service, and lies, resulting in a TERRIBLE moving experience.
