To be clear we do not charge any fees without 100% service provided. If there is no service provided, you will receive a full refund.
In this situation, after confirming with the customer that the vehicle would be ready on the morning of June 20th, we sent the assigned driver to complete the job on the exact, and specified dates. The carrier arrived at the pick up destination with a contracted order to deliver a Mercedes-Benz ML 350 from Fairfield, NJ to Powder Springs, GA. When he arrived there was no car to be shipped. After spending hours at the pick up location and calling all contacts provided on the order the driver had no choice but to leave to stay on schedule. In this case, any deposit kept from our customer went to the driver who spent valuable time, fuel and money.
