I selected Kristin because she was the only person who called me personally the day that the bids were received from all of the vendors. She also came across as honest, that was not the case with some of the other vendors that I later talked too. She also answered her phone and answered all of my questions.

It took awhile to connect with the driver but once I did connect I really liked Philip. He also came across as an honest person and that he would take care of my car, which he did. He actually delivered my car early, which was fine with me. My car was delivered in the same condition that I gave it to him. I would use iMovers again in the future.
