Craig was upfront and described the process of shipping a car from one coast to the other clearly and effectively. This experience is somewhat daunting if you have not had it previously - you are essentially putting your car into the hands of strangers and waiting for them to deliver it across the country a week or so later. You are inundated with solicitations from all over the country and everyone is "warning" you about the potential pitfalls of this process.

Craig, as broker, followed up quickly during work hours or not, and was always responsive to my questions and requests for information. I think the broker is the key to the process - and would certainly use him again if the need arises.
