As he says, Craig is always available 24 hours a day. He is extremely prompt and works very hard to find the carrier right for you. Craig was able to secure my truck 3 weeks out and scheduled of on the day I needed. The driver, Igor, was really nice and very thorough when reviewing my 2 cars for transport.
