This company transported two BMWs for me. I was concerned about shipping them and talked to other carriers, none of whom came even close to Craig's expertise, professionalism, and reliability.
He was available to me throughout the entire process, before and after the cars were moved. He came through with every single detail, prepared me for the move, and was thoroughly engaged in the
process.The truck arrived to pick up my vehicles on time, the driver was knowledgeable and careful. The truck arrived at my destination early. The cars were in perfect condition. The driver was pleasant and accommodating. I had his cellphone number, but he was considerate and called me from the road a couple of times to inform me of his location, the weather, etc.
Craig went out of his way to be helpful. I am confident that I could not have found a better representative to assist me with this move. This is one of the best experiences I have had in terms of trusting my valuable possessions to someone who was honest, considerate, and expert. I am grateful there are such people out there in the world - I wish others would use him and his drivers as the model of how to conduct business.
This is the way to have one's vehicles transported. I would call him today again, if I had anther vehicle to move. And I certainly do so in the future. Excellent.
