Craig of E Ship Transport has given me a level of customer service that truly is to be commended. He always takes my calls, has assisted me with insurance claims, has explained how the "Transport Board" system works, has responded to me via email in the middle of the night and once even answered my call while having dinner on a Friday night with his family. Though we have never met in person, I almost feel a friendship established. Thanks Craig!
