The broker had given me a verbal guarantee that the car would be delivered by a certain date as I was going out of town afterwards. The car was picked up almost a full day later than expected, which made me nervous, but was delivered well before the deadline. Biggest complaint was tons of diesel soot all over from the truck's exhaust (it was running very dirty, there was soot all over the back of the cab and they loaded me right behind the stacks) which took some real work to get out of the convertible top. The driver seemed a bit disorganized, had a hard time managing the car's clutch when unloading and got very argumentative trying to convince me that what was obviously a big glob of grease on the top was a rust stain. Turns out it was pre-existing and not his fault, so I still don't understand his motive there.

Bottom line, the car arrived in a timely fashion, without damage, for a reasonable cost. The driver's shortcomings aside, he did get the job done. His attitude and the filthy exhaust are why I marked them down one star.
