Sherely was very knowledgeable, pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned to assist. A couple of issues were that the agreed price was not what I ended up paying ($50.00 more) and the pick-up and delivery times were delayed by 1 day due to an issue with the delivery truck. My vehicle did arrive in excellent condition and the driver communicated well and throughout the process.
