She was kind and friendly and always in close communication with us, called back or texted right away, even on weekends!!! She offered excellent customer service. She was very trustworthy and explained the industry very well to us. She was knowledgeable and knew the ins and outs. She offered us honest, detailed insight on how the process works. I was not for one minute worried about my car and would always ship with Zip Shift again. The cost was exactly as she said it would be. No surprises. I have my car now in Florida and am very happy I shipped it!
