With as many crooks out there as there are honest people, it is an EXTREMELY HIGH RISK to deal with person(s) you've never met and only know by phone or email, to trust them 110% with custody of your valuable car and credit card number...it is a good feeling to know that there are still people (humans) like Laura and her shipper (KZL, Inc.) out there that you can trust with all of that; very professional, very personable and most of all most trustworthy; i will certainly deal with her (sight unseen) again given the opportunity.
