Would highly recommend Trent and ZipShip to anyone.

I'd like to start this review by saying that I went with another company initially, but after speaking to Trent at Zipship, ended up changing over to them.

Like any people who want to ship a car, I shopped around. My e-mail address was flooded with a horrifying amount of offers, some of which were a little too cheap, most of which were too expensive. The original company I went with was great, and a tad cheaper than ZipShip. BUT: When I spoke to Trent, he was able to assure me that my vehicle would be picked up on time OR early, and was also able to answer any other questions I had about the process.

If there's something I've learned from shipping, it's all about the person you talk to on the phone's commitment to getting your vehicle on a carrier. For anyone who's new to shipping, here's how it works: A broker(or agent) has access to a virtual board that they post a vehicle's shipping price, and the drivers themselves snatch up any offer that happens to be on their route. So; when a driver accepts that vehicle, there is no absolute guarantee that you're vehicle will be picked up, and it usually happens closer to the time of your actual move. (You can find any of this information online)

Here's what's different about ZipShip: Trent at ZipShip took the time to contact the driver multiple times on my behalf just to assure me that my vehicle would be shipped when I needed it to be shipped. Many agents don't have the time or won't commit to something like that, but Trent went the extra mile and ensured a safe, on-time pick-up and delivery for my car. It's that kind of commitment that would send me back to Trent and Zipship and also makes them my number one recommendation to anyone new or old to shipping vehicles.
