I used a broker (Zeman Transport Specialist) Who arranged to have my jeep shipped from Az to Tn and gave me a quote of $800 that was increased to $850 because it had larger tires which I agreed to, he placed a order with Zen Auto Transport and called me with this information on 2/17/17 and said that Sasha would call me on 2/18/17. No body called so I called them and the lady I spoke to told me the driver would call me on 2/19/17 and tell me what time and day he would pick it up. (every body at both companies were told many times that we were leaving on a airline early 2/22/17 for TN and it had to be picked up before or nobody would be their) The driver never called so waited till 2/20/17 and called again and was told that they would be their to pick it up on 2/21/17 between 4 and 8 pm and the driver would call when he was 3 hours away and again when he was 30min away. I told them again that we were leaving in about 6 hours so they could not be late. Needless to say he never called but Sasha called around 3:30pm on the 22nd and the driver could not make it and would be their in the morning.I reminder her again that we would be gone and this would not work.Her solution was to leave it at the Phoenix Airport with the keys in it and they would pick it up their, I opted not to do this for obvious reasons. So I canceled the service and my jeep was never shipped just because they waited to the very end to pick it up when they could have picked it up much early. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN THEY REALLY SCREWED US UP.
