This company is horrible. Low offers only mean that they will pocket the broker fee and not find a hauler who is willing to transport any time in the near future!!! If you can get the dispatchers to answer or have Chad follow up after they receive their fee - you are extremely lucky.
Pay a little more to someone, anyone else than this company.
Will give them this...FINALLY one month after they were originally were suppose to pick up the vehicle, they called, said they had a hauler because another job had fallen through.
