Florida to Wisconsin Auto Transport May 2011

We were referred to Young Transport by a friend who had used them for several years. We were very pleased with both the transport from Wisconsin to SW Florida last fall and the return trip from SW Florida to Wisconsin earlier this month. Young hit their pickup target dates both dates, and we were given a confirming "heads up" the day before and again a few hours before the pickup. Same thing on the drop off. The paperwork is easy and can be completed via fax or email. The driver is a gentleman named Randy, and he is extremely conscientious and careful. To give an example, he called us from the truck when he was stuck in traffic and concerned about being one half hour late. He did not want us to worry and felt it was important to let us know about even that short a delay from his targeted time of arrival.

We had no damage or other issues on either trip, so we cannot comment on the claims process if damage were to occur. Young seems to have a lot of repeat business, and we have heard of no problems from any of our friends who use them.
