Just as with your previous reviews, Mr. Martinez, this one is a complete fabrication and your claims that we have undertaken actions approaching criminal wrongdoing are intentionally false and misleading. This is libel defamation. As you well know, we charged a deposit at the time of successfully dispatching a Carrier to transport your vehicle as requested. This Carrier did, indeed, arrive at CoPart only to find that your vehicle was inoperable and without keys. Due to the fact that the mechanical condition of the vehicle had been misrepresented and a Carrier had already been dispatched to your pickup location on the basis of this misinformation, you were no longer eligible for refund. We did, however, offer to find a new Carrier for you which would be equipped to handle inoperable vehicles. You declined and proceeded to hire another transporter instead. At no point in time did Yellowfin Logistics or our Carrier Partners operate dishonestly and all effort was made to accommodate you in full compliance with industry standards and protocol. Please revisit your Shipping Agreement with Yellowfin. Yellowfin is fully transparent about these policies and makes sure to provide them to all our customers, in writing, up-front.
