Although we sincerely appreciate honest feedback on our service, our records reflect that you signed the Bill of Lading confirming that your car was received in excellent condition on April 21st. As we have discussed with you in detail, finding a small crack in your windscreen only after using your vehicle for a full six weeks after we delivered your vehicle is completely outside of the scope of reasonable liability.
