I had the pleasure of working with Joe Perez. From the start, Joe made me feel at ease and reassured me that I wasn't alone. He explained the process and kept me updated about finding a driver, even during a recent communication outage. Joe made everything easy, especially since another company had ghosted me the week before. Joe found me a driver within a day, and though I wasn't prepared, he quickly found another. He helped verify the driver to ensure it wasn't a scam. Joe saved the day! He is down-to-earth, professional, helpful, and true to his word. I highly recommend Yellow Brick Transport. My only feedback is for the driver's company, not Joe: there was a window issue, but Joe swiftly provided the driver's insurance information.
