I submitted my auto shipping information online and I immediately received a call by Gino Rossi with Yellow Brick Transport, New Jersey. He left a message and I returned his call. In speaking with him I felt very comfortable as he talked me through the exact process from that point on. He told me what to expect and was right on every time. He knew I was very nervous because I was shipping my son his car back to California. He is a Marine and has been deployed. His car was picked up by Alberto Castillo, a very nice and carrying driver. He assured me also that he would take extra care of his car and get there safe. He also told me to thank him for his service. He picked up the 11th of October (Columbus Day) in Texas and his car was delivered the 14th to California with no problems at all.

Gino's original quote was to the penny, exactly what I paid for the whole move. An easy person to speak with and very courteous. He also kept me informed via texting. Laura the office lady also called me the day before and reconfirmed the pickup and delivery. I in turn kept in touch with her while Mr. Castillo was on the road.

I would strongly suggest calling Gino Rossi at Yellow Brick Transport directly for your next auto move, and avoid getting the dozen or so emails and/or phone calls that I received from so many expensive auto transport companies. We will use them again when my son deploys in the future.
