I had a HORRIBLE experience with a broker and truck company. Long story short there was a miscommunication with the price of shipping. However, the owner of Yellow Brick Transport went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Honestly, I was on the verge of tears and I just recently relocated to MA from ATL. The last thing I needed to worry about was my car. Until the miscommunication was solved the driver said he would hold my car which interfered with my work schedule. I had so many things going wrong that week and I just wanted to give up and curl under my blanket. I know this might seem a bit dramatic but I was that upset. But the customer service I received from the owner was so sincere, he reassured me that everything would be okay, and it was. You can tell a lot about a company by the owner conducts business. I am very skeptical with transporting cars and my personal valuables but if I had to go through the process again I would ONLY choose Yellow Brick Transport. They are good hardworking people.
