Chris was very easy to work with and made the transport of my van very easy. The company that picked up the van was earlier than expected and ran into some problems along the way so the van arrived a little later than expected, however, there was no hurry in getting it there as long as it was handled with the care it deserved and after contacting the party that received the van, that was definately done. My questions were always answered when I contacted Chris and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Very professional all the way, I would highly recommend them to anyone contimplating transporting a vehicle. It appears that they only contract with highly qualified transporters. I was very impressed with the whole process. Great work Chris and Paul the transporter of the vehicle. The price was fair and lower than many of the other quotes I received and the service was outstanding. I now know that price isn't everything, just because a broker is higher priced, does not mean better service. Thanks Chris, I would certainly recommend you to anybody else I know who is in need of transporting a vehicle. People need to realize that things happen along the way and dates of delivery can't always be guaranteed, but if you want your car to receive the TLC it deserves, then patience is more important than a guaranteed date of delivery. I would rather wait a day longer and get great service. Contact Xpress for that type of service, I certainly didn't regret it. Jewel
