I normally don't do reviews but this experience was so bad, I have to worn others. My Xpress representative was very good, knowledgeable and very responsive. The problem came in when Xpress hired the worst transport person ever. The driver was rushing me to have my car picked up, called me numerous times a day to pick my car up. Once he finally picked up my car (Saturday morning) he told me he would deliver late Sunday afternoon or Monday before 6pm. I called Monday around 2 (the second call of the day) and he finally called me back and said the driver had trailer issues and the vehicle would be delivered Tuesday. That was the last I would ever hear from him. The actual driver ended up contacting me late Tuesday afternoon and delivered my vehicle at 5am on Wednesday morning. The transport company rep would never call me back and honestly he barely spoke English. For this being the first time I've ever used a transport company this was an awful experience and if I ever do it again it won't be through these guys. I even asked for a partial refund from the full price and they wouldn't even have a conversation with me. Be careful with these guys.
