Initial contact and quote timely. Initial bid at $945 was not the lowest, but was near the bottom. Upon booking, discovered "booking fee" of $5. Trouble started when Contacted by WFT staff to "advise us: of a bid that would load same day (day 3 of estimated pickup time of "3-10 days" but was $50 higher than quoted price. Asked about future / other availability - told "unknown", but this offer was "completely voluntary" so we decided to use the higher bid, anxious to receive our new vehicle. No advise as to whether was loaded as specified but told by WFT was "booked" and would deliver in "7-10 days" Original quote stated time in transit "5-7 days". Received call on day 3 after pickup at ~2PM that car would be deliverd but we had to drive 20 miles to pick up 3-4 hrs later. Otherwise would be 2 more days before delivery. They were to call ~1 hr before arrival so we could get to the arranged place. Time came / went NO contact. Finally received call 10:00PM that car would be delivered (closer to home but still not door to door) at midnight. Transporter was OK trucking out of Federal Way, WA WOULD NOT USE WFT OR OK AGAIN!

First, we would like our customers to note our terms and conditions state that, "All prices include $100.00 deposit. The deposit may be paid by Credit Card (a 5% or $5.00 processing fee will apply), Money Order, Cashier's Check or Pay Pal (a 4% or $4.00 processing fee will apply)." This information is taken verbatim from our website, is discussed with customers prior to booking, and is also sent along with quote emails to make sure customers are aware. It is our job to inform our customers of every available carrier showing interest in their shipment. Hence, Brooke@WFT contacted the customer, leaving a voice mail for either Mr. Saunders or his wife to return. When a call was returned by the customer's wife at approximately 3 p.m. CDT on 3/12, I personally explained that "OK Auto Transport was available to pick up from the dealership today-but were asking for an additional fee." Rather than dispatching the shipment to a carrier whatever the price, it is our policy to discuss all possibilities with our customer in the case that carrier wants a price increase. At that time, I explained to her that they were in not obligated to transport through OK Auto, and we would be happy to continue looking for carriers at the price originally quoted. At that time, no further carriers had expressed interest in transporting the Saunder's vehicle. Therefore, I honestly told the customer that other available shipment dates were unknown since we were still at the beginning of the process of locating drivers. She agreed to ship through OK Auto, I guessed feeling "boxed in" to the situation, for which we sincerely apologize-as it was absolutely not the case. Given a couple more business days (our average pick up time being 3-10), it's very likely that a transporter could have been found for the original price. That's why we try very hard in these situations to let our customer's know that this is not their ONLY option, it's only ONE of p
