I picked Worry Free for my transport because their quote was one of the lowest I received, and they had an excellent history based on reviews by previous shippers. My original pickup date was a Friday, but that became impossible due to a severe snow and ice storm in my area. The driver called Sunday and indicated he would be there mid-day Monday. He did not show on Monday and did not call. I called Worry Free on Tuesday morning and was told I would be hearing from the driver "shortly." I did not hear from the driver until late in the day, and the vehicle was eventually picked up at 11:00 PM. The driver and his wife (who travels with him) were extremely nice. The Monday delay was due to her falling on the ice and needing a day of bed rest for her back. I totally sympathize with their situation; I just would have appreciated more timely communication from the driver and/or Worry Free when they were going to be a delayed. That said, the vehicle arrived safely in California in three days.
