What a service provider!

That's a nightmare for me and my family! We already moved to California about 2 weeks but the car is still stuck in Mississippi. We made lots of effort to call and email the provider but it's all silent till now. At least the person should have firmly told us if they were keen to do this business. Otherwise, we could find other agents to ship our car in order to avoid this hassle. I don't believe this is a "Worry Free Transport" but rather more troublesome.

Mr. Nguyen did book his vehicle with us 2 weeks ago. He was told at that time that normal pickup is within 10 business days (2 weeks). Some moves are more difficult than others. He did try to say that there was no communication....this is not true. EVERY phone call and email was returned. We are very sorry that Mr. Nguyen is unhappy. We have worked with him in every way possible. We have offered his deposit back to him. He will not cooperate but did find time to post this negative review.
