We apologize that this vehicle was not transported in a timely manner, and her deposit has been refunded per her request. The reason this vehicle did not move from Georgia to Texas quickly is unbeknownst to us, as the price quote was above and beyond other vehicles waiting for transport along this route (price being the main motivation for a carrier to pick up any vehicle, location on route being second).
At least two members of our three person office staff spoke with her family members assisting with transport on several locations, and we fully understand the difficulty incurred by those in the military when shipping a vehicle. It is a bit of a different situation than the average car transport when you are halfway around the world, trying to coordinate things.
Again, someone is always in our office from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. central time Monday through Friday for questions and concerns. Any voice mail or email messages received by 4 p.m. are returned before leaving the office.
