This site was listed on one of the automotive forms. THANK GOD I looked at it!!! I booked Worldwide to pick up my 'non-running' car and had the exact same experiences as those listed above. 'You're car will be picked up within 5-7 days of the date'. Then 'I will have a carrier by tomorrow'. Then 'I will have a carrier by Wednesday'. Then 'I have a carrier lined up but I am working on having a backup. I will let you know who it is by the end of the day'. Then it was 'by next week'. Now it is 'I can't locate anyone who has the proper equipment.....'. So, I cancelled my order and will be going with one of the 4-5 star rated places for a little more money.

We explained this in detail at the time the order was placed. We rely soley on our transporters schedules. It is our job to relay this information to the customer. If they cancel the scheduling then we must move to another truck. We always feel terrible when this happens. We have sent over your refund.
