We hired this company to transport an older toyota camary. After they quoted us a price, ($375) we agreed and gave them our credit card number. Two later when we called, they assured me it would be within the next few days. Three weeks went by and they never sent anyone to pick up the vehicle. Today we called back. They man who answered the phone said he was James, damiaons boss, and that although he just started yesterday, he was brought in to solve problems. He agreed the car should of been picked up already. He told me they had one truck and they work with two other trucks, but that the problem was the price. He told me it was too low and now i would have to pay $100, more $475.00. I told him that was unacceptable. He told me that he could have it picked up later today. When I asked again, how much he said $475.00. So.. It was not that they could not do it. It was a bait and switch for more money.

We will always try to save our customers as much money as possible by finding them the best rates for transport. In the unlikely event that our carriers request more money we are obligated to mention this to our customers. Everyone knows times are difficult with rise of gas prices on a weekly basis. Our transporters are forcing us to pass these expenses to the customers. We do not charge a credit card for the deposit until we schedule the driver. In this case there was no scheduling and no charging. Keep in mind when there is a price increase it goes to the carrier not the broker.
