First off Luke is great to work with and true to his word. He makes the process simple.
With that here is my experience:
I was not prepared for the volume of calls, texts, emails, etc when I posted on a board to ship my F150 truck from California to Florida. I was also not prepared for the amount of bashing, mudslinging, trash talk that some companies were throwing out. It seemed that the mentality in this industry is to discredit the other guys, which just leads to you hearing the same sob story / scare tactics over and over. Luke didn't do that, he shot me straight, took the time to answer my questions when I had them. Which, after about a dozen phone calls from other companies, was a breath of fresh air.
He set me up directly with a reputable transportation company for what I felt was a fair price. Also, he walked me through the process, what to watch for, what to do before I sign at pickup and delivery. The walk through was huge, because I didn't feel like I was walking into things blindly, especially after hearing some of the other companies horror stories and scare tactics. He followed up after I picked my truck up to make sure there were no issues.
I would have no problems using Luke and his company again, and would recommend them to friends and colleagues.
