This review is far from reality of what happened. Mr. Stefan Diekel placed an order with us on Monday 2/10/14 at 1:43pm and said that his vehicle will be ready for pickup after 2/15/14 as he is leaving Virginia on 2/16/14 and moving to California. We asked him to please make arrangements with a friend to be available so we can pickup the vehicle because having one day to pickup is difficult. As we are having really bad weather in that part of the country. We told him that we will try and get it on the 15th but we can not promise. Mr. Stefan Diekel called in on 2/14/14 at 10:38am and asked if we are picking up on the 2/15/14 and we told him that we are trying to get the truck that his vehicle going on to Virgina as quickly as possible because the driver is in Connecticut and it snowed 17 inches last night and he is waiting for the roads to clear. We told him we would call him as soon as he is on the road and we know a time that he would be in Virginia. Mr. Stefan Diekel said if we can not pick his vehicle up 1st thing tomorrow morning 4/15/14 that he will have to cancel. We explained to Mr. Stefan Diekel that we have done everything we agreed upon and that if he wants to cancel at this point we will only charge him the minimal cancellation fee of $75.00. Mr. Stefan Diekel agreed to this and thanked us because he understood that he is responsible for the full transport.
So when we now see that he is complaining that we did not fulfill our obligation we find it unsettling. We did everything we agreed to do for him. If a person who lives in an area that snows can not understand that 17 inches of snow can slow you up I don't know what to say.
We wish Mr. Stefan Diekel the best.
