PLEASE USE WISE BECAUSE THEY ARE!! AT FIRST I THOUGHT THE QUOTE I RECEIVED WAS LOW..SO I GOT ON THE PHONE WITH MIKE AND FIGURED OUT THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE A SET RATE FOR ROUTES.. THE CARRIERS ACCEPT A RANGE.. WISE AUTO GAVE ME THE AVERAGE RATE WHAT THEY FELT WOULD HAVE THE VEHICLE PICKED UP..AND OF COURSE WE ARE IN TIMES WERE I NEED TO SAVE A LITTLE BIT OF MONEY.. SO HE STATED HE WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH ME NO CHARGE. MY ROUTE WAS THE LESS TRAVELED AND MIKE INFORMED ME THAT IF AFTER THE STANDARD SERVICE WINDOW IT IS NOT PICKED UP I CAN ADD MORE FUNDS TO MOTIVATE A DRIVER TO PICK UP.. SINCE I WANTED TO SAVE MONEY I WENT WITH IT.I CALLED BACK AND ADDED $75 THE NEXT DAY..THE VEHICLE WAS PICKED UP WITHIN THE NEXT 72 HOURS AND MY CAR WAS ON THE WAY..BOTTOM LINE THIS GUYS DONT TRY TO CHEAT YOU THEY HELP YOU IN THIS TIME OF NEED!!! THANKS WISE ..
