Lowest bidder not always good.

For a route that was going for $450, the underbid most by about $100, resulting in my vehicle sitting without pickup for a good week. Several other companies called me after they saw my vehicle sit on the board and they all pointed out that Wise's management cut was high, in addition to their bid being unrealistic.

Should have known better - I very much regret having gone with the lowest bid.

When nearly a week had gone by without vehicle pickup, I attempted to contact them by e-mail and phone.

They never responded to my e-mail (although they had been ever so fast to request to my initial request for a bid).

I left several voicemail messages which they also NEVER called me back on. Only after multiple callbacks and times on hold did I get through to their "operations" department who reduced their "cut" and finally convinced a transporter from Western MA to take on the job.

I know that every transport situation is different, but I strongly recommend that you stick with reputable 5 star companies that give you a bid in the vicinity of where other companies are also bidding.
