From start to finish my experience with Wise Auto Shipping and carrier was excellent. Actually, it was above what I was expecting! I chose Wise Auto Shipping because of the good reviews. Also, their website looked professional and that is the kind of service I received. Everyone I spoke with...from the Vehicle Relocation Manager and Dispatcher to the driver...was knowledgeable and helpful. The rate was neither the lowest nor the highest. Pick-up was within 1 day of the requested date. Delivery was 2 days earlier than estimated and the driver worked with me to find the best location for delivery. My car was only very slightly dusty, so I was able to confirm that no damage had occured. The driver reset the mirrors and reactivated the alarm system and waited to leave until I was safely in my car with motor running. The next time I need to move a vehicle from or to the other side of the US, I won't even consider driving it across, I'll get Wise Auto Shipping to do it!
