Generally a good experience. Customer service from Wise was always friendly and prompt. In the end, my car arrived in its original condition and got from Point A to Point B with no real hassles. Pricing was upfront and there were no bait-and-switch tactics. Scheduled pickup was right on time. My main disappointment was the shipment time. I realized that Wise merely contracts the job out to truck companies and is at their mercy at times, but they still remain accountable. When I placed my order, I was told approximate shipping time was 7 days (I know it's not exact, but I still had some expectation of 7 days). When the driver picked it up, I was told it would take 7-10 days. On the 8th day after pickup, I hadn't heard anything, soI called the trucker for a status update. He said it would arrive on the 11th day. A pickup time was scheduled shortly after, and the truck arrived on time on the 11th day.

Again, customer service was friendly, pricing was honest, and the process was relatively painless, but I'm a little displeased with the transport time.
