I never received a phone call 24 hours (or even the night before) before picking up my car & they were at my door at 8am the morning of, when I wasn't even home because I hadn't received the call to find out when they were going to pick my car up. Also, I requested my car be placed on the very top & instead my small jetta was placed under what appeared to be a service van. Although I didn't think about looking at it when I looked over my car,a couple hours later I found my drivers side side-view mirror was cracked on the top, however, I had already signed the papers saying everything was fine. I wish I had noticed it beforehand. Don't forget to look at the tiny details & underneath your car to make sure EVERYTHING is okay.
