We completely disagree with this customers review of our services. The customer is not being completely honest. So, here are the facts, and you can be the judge. Customer requested guaranteed pickup of his vehicles within a 3 day window. We guaranteed customer pickup on either 06/14, 06/15, or 06/16. This was put in black and white on our contract, which customer agreed to and signed. His vehicles where picked up on 06/16 which is clearly within the above mentioned window. In regards to delivery times, we did not and do not guarantee any set dates for delivery but rather give estimated windows. This particular customer's window for delivery was given as 5-7 days from his pickup date. His vehicles where delivered on 06/22 which puts him completely within the estimated delivery window as well. Secondly, the vehicles where in-fact transported on an enclosed carrier, contrary to the customers claim. Lastly, the customer has the option to pay their balance with cash or cashiers check upon delivery, and this is clearly outlined in all correspondence with customer. The carrier would have gladly accepted either form of payment. In conclusion, although we understand Mr. H's concern, we not believe we misled him or went outside of our contracted agreement in any way. Therefore we do not see any fault and completely disagree with this customer. Our reviews will continue to prove that we are the most upfront and reliable transport company in the business.
