Although we understand Mr. Watsons frustration. We do not agree fully with his review of our Company. First of all, Mr. Watson was not calling for (4) days trying to get a hold of Nathan. Nathan takes Fridays and Saturdays off, which are our slowest days of the week. Therefore he did not receive the messages that Mr. Watson had left for him. Although, there are numerous other representatives in our office who could have helped explain to Mr. Watson the status of his order. When you call our toll free number it clearly explains, " if you need to check the status of an order you have already placed....Please press 2". At that point Mr Watson would have been transfered to one of our dispatch team members who would have been more than happy to help him.
In regards to the complaint for the pick-up of his vehicle, this we partly agree. All excuses aside, we neglected to get Mr. Watson's vehicle picked up in the time frame that we quoted him. This is something that we hate to see happen, and as you can see from our numerous other reviews, it very seldom does. Wise Auto Shipping is so confident that we will get your vehicle picked up in the time quoted, that if we fail to do so, we will waive our Broker fee. Which in this case is exactly what we did.
Since tomorrow was Mr. Watson's last day for pick-up, we gave him a call to regretfully inform him of the delayed pick-up. He was also informed that we would now be waiving our $150 Broker Fee for his troubles and should have another Carrier lined up for him by the beginning of this next week. Although, this was not suitable for Mr. Watson. He became very angry, cursing and belittling our Dispatch Representative. Although, his anger is understandable and his frustration was valid, Mr. Watson became very unreasonable. He informed us that if we did not pay for the entire transport cost of $1025 that he would leave us numerous bad reviews, and 'persue legal issues'. Although, we wish we could honor his extremely outrageous offer, it is simply not feasible nor is it our obligation to do so. I can honestly say that we were trying everything in our power to get Mr. Watsons vehicle moved, and to also keep him as a customer. Although with some people there is no pleasing. Wise Auto Shipping stands behind everything we do. We consider ourselves to be the most stand up, honest, and courteous Auto Shipping Company in this industry. Please check back in a few weeks and you will see that are reviews will continue to prove that .
