Great Service from Broker and Carrier!

I called and spoke with the company after reading many positive reviews. I am glad that I did! The customer service was very prompt at answering my phone calls and staying in touch via email.

I was sent a link where I could track my order (up until the Carrier was booked). Their original price was lower than most of the other quotes. I volunteered another $100 on top of that to ensure my car was delivered to Houston before I arrived, as I would need transportation for starting a new job. I allowed 2 weeks for delivery, but it arrived much faster than that.

The carrier (Ferry Auto Transport) picked up the car the day after it was available. It was originally supposed to be on the first day, but he called and said he was running late. The car was picked up on Friday morning in Western New York and was Delivered in Houston, Texas on the next Monday (3 days total shipping). WOW THAT WAS FAST! He didn't mention anything about the several boxes of books I stored in the trunk either :)

Both the broker and carrier were very easy to communicate with. I had the cell phone number of the driver the entire time and he called with updates.

I am very impressed with Wise Auto Shipping and the carrier Ferry Auto Transport.
