We placed order with Wise Auto Shipping (Nathan) on January 2nd. On January 4th we received an email from Nathan saying that our order was dispatched and a driver would be contacting us shortly. This was great as we needed to have our car picked up no later than the 9th. We received a call from the driver on the 5th, although it was bad news, the driver informed me that his truck had broken down and he would not be able to pick up the vehicle until the 11th. This was unacceptable. I then called Nathan, and he was already aware of our situation and hard at work to find us another driver. Seeing that it was already 5th I was getting a little uneasy and I explained this to Nathan and informed him that I was going to have to look elsewhere if we didn't find a driver by the next morning. Nathan assured me that this would not be necessary and he was going to do everything in his power to get my vehicle picked up on time. What happened next I was not expecting. Nathan offered to forfeit his deposit fee so that we could anti up on the driver fee, which he said would help to get the car moved quickly, and that it did. Within one hour of this, I received a call from Nathan saying that he found us a driver and would be picking up our vehicle that day. The driver arrived 2 hours later and was more than courteous. Our car was delivered to our daughter 8 days later without a scratch on it. I can not stress how much we would recommend Wise Auto Shipping. It is not likely to find companies now a days that are willing to put their money with there mouth is, and that what they did and it was extremely appreciated.
