My son has always been nervous about transporting his car but when I got whit tower to ship for him he was just as pleased as i.we are regular snowbirds who go and come from ny to fl twice a year and only use them. aside from customer service being available always it was great to know that even when our flight was delayed they waited for us and so that alone gave us comfort.
