I contacted White glove and spoke with Amber, the vehicle was picked up 1-2 days after schedule, although, this was not a problem with me. The carrier decided it was best to transport my Aston Martin Enclosed as opposed to open, which apparently was the reason for the delay, never once did they ask for additional money. Additionally, fuel cost on the west coast went up considerably, apparently, the driver asked for additional money, White Gloves honored the original quote and reduced their fee and asked me to give the driver the difference, they are honest and have integrity and would reccomend them to anyone, they understand customer service, they were in contact throught the whole transaction. As far as the driver, Carl, was a gem, I spoke with him every few days and he was very accomodating, charged my battery which is apparently an issue with Aston's. I had a very pleasant experience, and I can not say one negative thing, businesses could learn a thing or two with how this company and thier agents conductr business. Well done.
