I had never had to use an auto transport company before and had a lot of apprehension in the beginning of the process. Once I contacted Melanie at Wheels Up, she TOTALLY walked me through the process, even without soliciting business for her company. My truck was picked up and delivered and the whole process was very easy, again thanks to Melanie. I will use her again and would highly encourage anyone else to do the same. Tim
