Went shopping for an auto transport Monday, it was picked up Friday, arriveds in-town Sunday night. Nice! Except that there was no update to the tracking status on the website. It just said "For pickup" even after it was picked up. What is needed is for the website to indicate an ETA. I did not know it was here until after it was here. (In fairness, I could have called the trucking company, but I shouldn't have to if there's online tracking, it should be updated and accurate.) Thanks again Sue for your excellent support.
