I contracted Wheeler Shipping for the second time in a year to pickup and deliver my vehicle across the country from Florida to California and back again.

Sue Wheeler was extremely helpful and paid attention to all the details. When I had questions, she had answers. She was quick and responsive.

Although Wheeler Shipping is a broker and did not directly ship my vehicle, the transit companies she researched and found for my needs were great.

Some people are hesitant to use a broker (middle man / woman) because they can find their own shipper and save some money. Depends on how you look at it. I paid Wheeler shipping to handle all the details so I did not have to worry about anything but dropping off and picking up my vehicle. Wheeler shipping does all the research, scheduling and logistics. You pay them to handle any headaches that may crop up. Unless you know a shipper's reputation, I advise using a good, knowledgeable broker. The broker I recommend is Wheeler Shipping.
