sue wheeler was great to work with. it seems that there is some unpredictability and short notice with carrier travel times. she explained how the process of bidding and pickups work, which was very helpful in managing my expectations for this experience.
the car arrived in the same condition it was shipped in; the carrier came well-recommended from sue, and appears to have delivered well.
