I originally booked with another company that had failed to ship my car by the promised date. One day prior to leaving California, I had received an e-mail from Wheeler Shipping, inquiring whether I was able to ship my car so as to follow up on the quote inquiry I had submitted earlier that month. I called the number provided in the e-mail just on the off-chance that they may be able to help, but knowing fully well that getting my car shipped in 24 hours would be impossible, especially after another company had already failed to do it within a much more reasonable period of time. The owner of Wheeler Shipping answered the phone. She was incredibly courteous, very informative, but most importantly just honest. She explained the process of finding car carriers, and said that she will work on finding a truck to ship my car. (This was less than 24 hours before my plane would depart.) The following morning she had called back early as promised to tell me that she found a carrier for my car. Needless to say I was astounded and grateful. I was also provided with direct contact information for the company that would physically move my car. The car was picked up on the day promised and delivered when promised. I received calls ahead of time to notifying me of both dates. I would absolutely book with Wheeler Shipping again and definitely recommend the company to anyone who appreciates great customer service, timely delivery of services, and most importantly the straightforward, honest, and committed approach that the company adheres to.
