The transport driver damaged my Mercedes. The under part of the front bumper hung up on some part of the truck when he drove it off of the transport truck. This car had NEVER been in an accident or had any major damage before. The driver admitted that he did damage the car. There were witnesses. The transport company refuses to accept liability and are denying that their driver did the damage. The office girl was extremely rude. The owner of the company never spoke to me and was always unavailable. I now have to file a small claims case for $800.00 damage or turn it in to my insurance company. I advise you NOT to work with this company. By the way, we did not originally have a contract with them, the company we chose turned it over to West Coast Auto Transport. If anyone from West Coast Auto Transport calls you to pick up your car my advise is refuse and go with another company.
